Mid-Year Appeals

Parents/carers of children who have not been offered a place at the Academy have the right to appeal to an independent panel.  To make an appeal, please complete our Admission Appeal Form  and return it for the attention of the Operations Manager via email to office@wgacademy.org.uk or by post to The West Grantham Church of England Secondary Academy, The Avenue, Dysart Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire NG31 7PX.

Paper copies of the form are also available on request from the main office.

September 2025 Year 7 Intake Appeals

For appeals during the 2025/26 admissions round (to start in Year 7 in September 2025), you should return your completed Admission Appeal Form to the Operations Manager by 28 March 2025.

Appeals received will be heard after the appeal deadline of 28 March 2025.
