Mid-Year Appeals
Parents/carers of children who have not been offered a place at the Academy have the right to appeal to an independent panel. To make an appeal, please complete our Admission Appeal Form and return it for the attention of the Operations Manager via email to office@wgacademy.org.uk or by post to The West Grantham Church of England Secondary Academy, The Avenue, Dysart Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire NG31 7PX.
Paper copies of the form are also available on request from the main office.
The Academy uses an independent appeals panel for appeal hearings. For more information on the Lincolnshire County Council appeal process, please click here.
September 2026 Year 7 Intake Appeals
If your child has not been offered a place for September 2026 at the academy, you have the right to appeal.
If you wish to appeal for a year 7 place at the academy, please complete a Year 7 Admission Appeal Form and return it for the attention of the Operations Manager via email to office@wgacademy.org.uk or by post to The West Grantham Church of England Secondary Academy, The Avenue, Dysart Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire NG31 7PX.
The deadline for submitting a year 7 admission appeal is Friday 24 April 2026.
