This week the academy has been raising awareness amongst students on the importance of keeping their minds healthy and not just their bodies.
Staff have shared several strategies during the week to encourage students to maintain a healthy mind and have self-awareness of their own mental wellbeing as part of the national NHS Self Care week.
During reflection time next week, students are going to make a self care pledge by choosing one of the strategies shared with them to try and implement in their own lives to aid them in maintaining a mentally healthy lifestyle.
